Peter B. HarnettPETER B. HARNETT, CIH, CSP, PRESIDENT
As President of COEH, Inc., Mr. Harnett brings an ethic of dependable, consistent, high quality work executed with professionalism and integrity. Mr. Harnett is a scientist with 24-years of experience as a health and safety consultant, general and occupational toxicologist, and research biologist. He holds two Master's degrees in environmental sciences/toxicology and occupational health from the University of Texas Health Science Center, and a B.A. in biology from Cornell University, College of Arts and Sciences. Mr. Harnett is a Diplomate with the American Board of Industrial Hygiene and the Board of Certified Safety Professionals. He is a member of the American Industrial Hygiene Association (AIHA) Laboratory Health and Safety Committee, and the Society of Toxicology (SOT).

Mr. Harnett's projects include: workplace and environmental exposure assessments, consumer product health-based risk assessments, health and safety program development, toxicology assessments, occupational safety training programs, biosafety evaluations, compliance audits for laboratories and other workplace settings, product stewardship evaluations, expert witness services, and scientific litigation support. Mr. Harnett enjoys researching issues related to workplace health and safety and has published his work. He is also a frequent presenter at national and international industry conferences.

Mary E. GreenhalghMARY E. GREENHALGH, CIH, SENIOR INDUSTRIAL HYGIENIST
Ms. Greenhalgh is a Senior Industrial Hygienist at COEH with over 17 years of experience in the industrial hygiene field. Her technical skills and thorough dedication ensure the delivery of work products of the highest quality for all her clients. Areas of expertise include regulatory analysis and compliance activities, biosafety evaluations, exposure assessments, health and safety program development and implementation, and laboratory audits. Ms. Greenhalgh has a strong background in OSHA regulatory compliance issues, having previously been employed as an OSHA Compliance Safety and Health Officer. She has also worked in clinical and research laboratories.

Ms. Greenhalgh holds an M.P.H. in Environmental and Occupational Health from UMDNJ/Robert Wood Johnson Medical School and a B.S. in biology from Boston College. She is a Diplomate with the American Board of Industrial Hygiene and a member of the American Industrial Hygiene Association (AIHA). She is also a member of the American Biological Safety Association and an Associate Member of the American Conference of Governmental Industrial Hygienists (ACGIH).
